Laura - Owner & Aesthetics Practitioner

Laura brings over two decades of expertise in the beauty industry, having embarked on her journey back in 2001.

Laura’s journey started as a senior nail technician, moving on to managing a Clarins Spa before dedicating herself to the practical side of the beauty industry.

In 2014, Laura took a leap of faith and founded her own business, which has since flourished, leading to the opening of Concept Beauty Clinic in 2024.

Laura's diverse experiences within the beauty and aesthetics industry have sculpted her into the seasoned professional she is today. Laura's commitment to excellence is unwavering and can be seen her many qualifications spanning aesthetics, beauty, laser services, and nails.

Due to her passion for sharing her knowledge, Laura completed her teaching and assessing qualifications in 2013 having taught in Academies & FE colleges Laura now runs her own training academy L Wood Beauty Academy within Concept Beauty Clinic.

Sami - Manager & Beauty Therapist

Sami is our clinic manager and a skilled beauty therapist, Sami seamlessly blends expertise with management finesse.

After gaining her NVQ in Beauty Therapy in 2019 Sami has worked alongside Laura at Concept Beauty Clinic.

Sami extended her training with Laura and now has a range of qualifications within the Beauty Industry.

Sami's dedication extends to her favourite treatment the Hydrodermabrasion facial where each session is infused with precision and a personalised touch.

Natalie - Laser & Skin Specialist

Natalie's journey began in 2001 when she commenced her training, achieving multiple qualifications in beauty.

Throughout her journey, she remained committed to continuous learning, attending various courses focusing on skincare.

Natalie discovered her passion in the industry was for advanced facials and laser hair removal. This fascination inspired her to complete her Level 4 Advanced Beauty Therapy Certification.

Natalie offers a wide range of treatments but specialises in all laser and skin treatments.

Emily - Lash & Brow Specialist

Emily started her journey into the beauty industry back in 2012. After completing her NVQ in Beauty Therapy with Laura as her teacher, Emily went on to successfully running her own mobile beauty business alongside being a No7 consultant.

Emily’s passionate to the art of accentuating your natural beauty and has furthered her training and knowledge throughout the years to enable her to offer more treatments.

Emily is our Lash and Brow specialist and brings a wealth of knowledge to this area with her favourite treatment being Brow Lamination.

Kelly - Holistic Specialist & Beauty Therapist

Kelly qualified in level 3 Beauty Therapy several years ago, this marked the start of her career in the beauty industry which led her to working at Ashford International Hotel Spa.

Over the years, Kelly has expanded her training, specifically with the brand Elemis, where she specialised in Pregnancy and Oncology massage services.

Through this training, Kelly discovered her calling and passion for massage. Today, massage is Kelly’s favourite treatment to perform.

E.J- Massage Specialist & Reiki Master

EJ is a skilled Massage Specialist and Reiki Master with many years of experience. She first qualified as a massage therapist back in 2018 after a career change from being a Biomedical Scientist. Throughout this time, she has developed a passion for promoting good health, emotional well-being and a positive mental attitude.

Specialising in remedial massage, such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, and aromatherapy in order to improve your physical and mental health.
In addition to traditional massage therapies, EJ offers a variety of healing treatments, including energy clearing, chakra rebalancing, and emotional healing.
Among the many treatments EJ offers her favourites are hot stones and aromatherapy.

Siobhan - Lip Filler Specialist

Siobhan gained her NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy in 2008 at the London College of Beauty Therapy. She woked at a busy London Salon for 8 years before becoming self-employed.

With a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends, she thrives on helping people feel their best, which is why she pursued a career in Aesthetics. Siobhan began her aesthetics journey in 2021. Her goal is to enhance natural beauty and boost confience. She recently added lip filler to her skill set this year. 

Holly - Trainee Nail Technician

Holly is the newest member of the team.

She recently began her training to become a nail technician with Laura at the academy. 

She will now be offerning Gel Polish treatments in the clinic and adding many skills over the next few months to include Luxury Manicures, UV Gel, ProPress & Builder In A Bottle.
